Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because each Made Aware Apparel item is printed and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
When are refunds or replacements issued?
Refunds or replacements are issued for:
- Items that arrive damaged
- Incorrect size sent
- Print or design errors
Can I get a refund if I change my mind or ordered the wrong size?
We cannot issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or size changes once production has begun. Please double-check sizing and order details before placing your order.
Is your packaging compostable?
Our packaging is certified for industrial composting, meaning it can break down in commercial composting facilities that use high heat and controlled conditions.
It is not designed for home or backyard composting. If industrial composting is not available in your area, we recommend disposing of the packaging in regular trash rather than recycling, as compostable materials can contaminate recycling streams.
